Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Erie, PA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and providing therapy to enhance mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with medical professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and educating patients and families about home care techniques and exercises to promote continued recovery.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Experience or familiarity with Medicine and Home Care practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with patients and their families
- Valid Physical Therapy license and compliance with state regulations
- Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Relevant certifications or advanced training in physical rehabilitation is a plus
