What You'll Do
- Assist in planning and leading daily activities, programs, and special events
- Engage residents in group and one-on-one activities
- Help coordinate seasonal celebrations, crafts, games, music, and social events
- Encourage resident participation and promote a positive, inclusive environment
- Document attendance and resident engagement
- Support the Activities Director with setup, cleanup, and program preparation
- Follow all safety and infection control guidelines
