Continuous care in the Pasco County FL area… Experience Required:
These per diem workers will have a 1–2-day orientation in the office, then will go out in the field driving to patients’ homes to complete hospice visits within their territory. They must have Home Care Home Base “HCHB” experience and a minimum of one year Home Health and/or Hospice experience with in the last 3 years
Salary : $42 - $44
