Your Role
As our On-Call Triage RN, you will provide skilled nursing care and support to patients and their families in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Start-of-Care assessments or follow-up Re-Visits
- Delivering compassionate teaching and skilled nursing interventions
- Collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and our supportive Nightingale team
(Please note: this role does not include ongoing case management responsibilities.)
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years Acute Care Nursing experience
- Current RN License in good standing
- Current CPR, TB test, and Fingerprint Card
- COVID-19 Vaccination (as required by CMS)
- Availability for every other week on-call rotation (Monday AM–Monday AM)
