Aspire Home Healthcare is looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team! This is a paid per visit position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide one-on-one patient care in the home setting. 🏡💙

What You’ll Do:
🧑⚕️ Evaluate and treat patients in their homes
📋 Develop treatment plans and therapy goals
🤝 Supervise COTAs and HHAs
📝 Document patient progress and update care plans
🏠 Assist families with home programs & adaptive equipment
Requirements:
📍 Licensed OT in Ohio
✅ 1 year of OT experience preferred
💻 OASIS & WellSky (Kinser) experience strongly preferred
🩻 Current Physical (within 6 months)
🧪 TB test (within last 12 months)
❤️ CPR certification (required)
📅 Ability to attend 2–3 day orientation in Dublin office
