What You'll Do
As the Director of Human Resources, you will oversee all HR operations for the facility, ensuring compliance, supporting staff, and partnering closely with leadership to maintain a positive, engaged workplace culture. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and retention
- Serve as a trusted resource for staff and department leaders
- Manage HR compliance, personnel files, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support corrective action processes, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate orientation, training, and ongoing workforce development
- Partner with leadership on staffing strategies and culture initiatives
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR reporting
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and confidential HR environment
- Promote employee engagement, recognition, and communication across the facility
What We're Looking For
- HR experience required (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
- Healthcare HR experience strongly preferred (skilled nursing, assisted living, or hospital)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and follow-through
