Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience
Active RN license (Compact accepted)
BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
NIHSS certification
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in acute med/surg unit
Initiate and monitor IVs, administer medications, and manage treatments
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
Document accurately in EMR and respond promptly to patient condition changes
