Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments and materials.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas for efficiency and accessibility.
- Coordinate and track movement of materials between departments, production, or job sites.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and production teams to ensure material availability and support project timelines.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Assist in enforcing warehouse procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certifications (e.g., forklift certification) preferred.
- 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
