- Strong foundation in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health principles.
- Experience delivering Safety Training, including classroom, field-based, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA).
- Strong and Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage workers at all levels of an organization!!
- Ability to perform field work, including regular presence on job sites, and to use standard safety equipment and tools.
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30, CSP, CHST, or equivalent are preferred.
- Previous experience in industrial, construction, or energy environments is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or a degree in a safety-related field is a plus.
