Nightforce Optics is seeking a skilled**Full-Stack Web Developer**to

join our creative Marketing team and help bring our brand to life

online. Known for our precision optics, we extend the same commitment to

quality across every digital touchpoint. In this role you will be

responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our website to

deliver fast, seamless, and engaging user experience.\

You\'ll work on delivering smooth, high performance web experiences from

front to back, combining clean, responsive interfaces with reliable,

scalable service-side logic. Whether it\'s implementing product display

pages, refining the online store, integrating content management tools,

or developing features that support marketing campaigns, you\'ll ensure

every visitor experience is seamless, fast, and reflective our company

While not responsible for internal systems or company-wide

infrastructure, you will interface with marketing tools, analytics

platforms, and business systems like inventory or fulfillment APIs to

ensure consistency across digital touchpoints. Familiarity with DevOps

principles helps support smooth deployments, automated testing, and

**What you will be doing: Essential Job Duties:**

**Web Development & Implementation**

• Build and maintain scalable full-stack web solutions that power the
  
  

marketing website and its supporting infrastructure.

• Implement interactive front-end features using modern frameworks
  
  

(e.g., React) and develop back-end logic to support data flow, page

rendering, and third-party integrations.

• Translate design mockups and marketing requirements into functional,
  
  

responsive code that performs across devices and browsers.

• Maintain clean codebases and reusable components to support ongoing
  
  

improvements and content updates.

**Performance & Reliability**

• Optimize website performance and responsiveness, with a focus on
  
  

speed, uptime, and minimal resource use.

• Identify and resolve bugs or inefficiencies affecting the user
  
  

experience.

• Conduct regular testing and performance audits to uphold high
  
  

standards for site quality and reliability.

**Collaboration & Communication**

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing,
  
  

content, design, SEO, and analytics to align digital execution with

campaign goals.

• Clearly communicate timelines, blockers, technical limitations, and
  
  

project status to non-technical team members.

• Participate in sprint planning, team check-ins, and collaborative
  
  

development using tools like Slack, GitHub, and project management

platforms.

**Strategy & Project Execution**

• Lead and manage the technical aspects of marketing website
  
  

projectsfrom lanning and development to deployment and refinement.

• Collaborate on digital strategies to support product launches,
  
  

campaign rollouts, and ongoing site enhancements.

• Help evaluate and select tools, services, and frameworks that best
  
  

support long-term site scalability and flexibility.

**DevOps & Deployment**

• Set up and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines using
  
  

tools like GitHub Actions, Netlify, Vercel, or similar.

• Ensure website deployments are stable, fast, and reversible, with
  
  

minimal downtime or disruption.

• Monitor site health and infrastructure to proactively address issues
  
  

and scale resources during periods of high traffic.

• Contribute to automated testing systems for regression protection
  
  

and functionality assurance.
