This role also includes managing a remote assistant, delegating responsibilities such as calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination, while maintaining oversight to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a remote assistant responsible for executive calendars, travel planning, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics, ensuring executives are prepared with agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Run personal errands such as grocery shopping, returns, and purchases
- Manage household needs including coordinating maintenance, service appointments, and deliveries
- Assist with travel logistics, reservations, and on-the-ground coordination for both professional and personal trips
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide general project support as needed across teams and special initiatives
- 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Prior experience managing or coordinating with another assistant preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and productivity tools
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and work under pressure
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
- Experience in entertainment, media, or the creator economy is a plus
