This role is highly client-facing and operational—owning day-to-day communication, managing campaign logistics, and ensuring seamless delivery across multiple stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Director of Influencer Marketing and VP of Creative Strategy to bring campaigns to life—translating strategy into execution while maintaining a high bar for quality, organization, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Communication
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for brand partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables across multiple campaigns
- Support client calls, status updates, and reporting with professionalism and attention to detail
- Build strong relationships that contribute to long-term client retention and growth
- Campaign Execution
- Own the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet quality standards
- Coordinate across internal teams (creative strategy, talent, legal, finance) to keep campaigns moving efficiently
- Track campaign progress and proactively flag risks or delays
- Partner with talent managers to coordinate creator participation in campaigns
- Manage creator communications, briefs, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining creator authenticity
- Support contract execution and deliverable tracking
- Track campaign performance against KPIs and client objectives
- Compile reports and insights for clients, highlighting key results and learnings
- Support post-campaign analysis and recommendations for future initiatives
- 3-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, account management, or digital marketing
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience working directly with clients and managing relationships
- Familiarity with creator ecosystems and major social platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
