What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pizza Cook position at Night Train Pizza?
We’re serious about great pizza. We make our dough from scratch, use top-quality ingredients, and fire every pie to perfection. Our kitchen is fast-paced, team-driven, and built on pride in craftsmanship. We’re looking for an experienced pizza cook who knows how to move with purpose and deliver consistent, crave-worthy pies every time.
What You’ll Do:
- Stretch, top, and cook pizzas with speed and precision
- Work with deck ovens, peel and rotate pizzas efficiently
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization
- Stay calm and focused during busy rushes
- Communicate and work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous pizza cook experience (deck oven preferred)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Friday and Saturday evening shifts are required.
