About Night Owl Support Systems

Night Owl Support Systems, LLC (NOSS) provides innovative remote support services that help people with disabilities maintain independence in their own homes. Using in-home technology, our Professional Monitors oversee alerts and activity from our central monitoring station, ensuring safety and peace of mind. When support is needed, our team coordinates assistance, including dispatching professional responders.

At NOSS, we combine technology with compassionate support to give individuals the freedom and dignity of living independently while knowing help is always available.

About the Role – Professional Monitor

As a Professional Monitor, you will work from our central monitoring station overseeing real-time alerts generated by in-home sensor technology. This role requires strong computer efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly assess situations using multiple software systems.

This role requires the ability to balance strong technical proficiency with clear, professional communication, as monitors are often responsible for guiding responses, clarifying situations, and ensuring the right information reaches the right people quickly.

Successful monitors are comfortable navigating technology, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and communicating confidently with a range of people while maintaining accuracy and composure in a fast-paced environment.
