Onboarding and mandatory paid training to be initiated as soon as possible following acceptance of the job offer. Must be reliable. Additional assignments are expected to become available throughout the year. Must be able to obtain the following clearances:

• Pa Child Abuse History clearance
• Pa State Police Criminal Background clearance
• FBI Criminal History Record clearance
• TB Test clearance

Previously obtained clearances accepted if obtained within a 12-month period.

Must be committed to providing exceptional care at all times and representing Night Owl Kids Care in a professional manner

Must actively engage children in age appropriate games, arts and crafts, and various activities

Must be reliable- punctuality and excellent attendance is required

Must be 18 years or older

Must be drug-free

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, play on floor

Must be able to speak English proficiently

Must be happy to care for children of all cultures, ethnicities, faiths, abilities, family structures, etc.

Must agree to comply with all health & safety procedures, protocol, and standards in accordance with Night Owl Kids Care and facility

*Staff are not allowed to bring their own children to work under this contract

Education:

• High school or equivalent
• Childcare training courses or Early Childhood education courses

Experience:

• Childcare: 2 years
• License/Certification: Adult, Pediatric CPR /First Aid/AED
• Driver's License or other Govt Issued ID (Required)

Pay: $21.00 per hour
