ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Night Nurse seeks a highly motivated leader to manage our triage logistics department. Reporting to the Director of Nursing and the nurse management team, the Triage Logistics Manager will lead and grow a staff of (currently) 15 team members.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience managing logistics and personnel to achieve increased efficiencies. The individual will be a team-oriented professional with outstanding communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
This is a full-time evening and weekend position at our Framingham headquarters. Reliable transportation is required. There is an opportunity to build a custom work schedule, which would include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Lead and manage a team of triage logistics coordinators and supervisors.
· Create and maintain a team-centric environment that helps staff do their best work and enjoy the job.
· Develop efficient staffing schedules that maintain productivity levels.
· Grow the team: Interview, hire, and train additional staff members.
· Conduct annual performance reviews.
· Actively monitor and manage the payroll budget
· Deliver weekly department reports, attend a bi-weekly nursing management meeting
· Work with the nursing management team to identify areas for improvement, modernization, and efficiency:
REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent computer and typing skills
· Fluency with all Microsoft Office applications
· Strong strategic and logistical skills
· Experience successfully managing people
· Close proximity to Framingham
· Reliable transportation
· Three excellent professional references that demonstrate exceptional skills and outstanding reliability
· Familiarity with medical terminology or experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
· Experience with service delivery improvement standards or process management best practices is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
