Job Description
Night Hawks Organization is hiring dependable individuals for our construction and handyman division. We handle residential and light commercial work including repairs, installs, and remodeling.
This role is hands-on and performance-driven. Workers who produce quality work and move efficiently will have opportunities to earn more through commission-based jobs.
Responsibilities
- General handyman work (repairs, installs, maintenance)
- Carpentry (framing, trim, small builds)
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Painting and touch-ups
- Flooring (LVP, laminate, basic installs)
- Fixture installs (lights, fans, appliances, etc.)
- Job site cleanup and organization
- Follow job instructions and complete work correctly
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools required (power tools preferred)
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must pass background check
Preferred (Not Required)
- Construction/remodeling experience
- Electrical or plumbing basics
- Ability to work independently
