Job Overview
Night & Day Dental is looking for enthusiastic, patient centered Dental Assistants to join our team of dedicated professionals. Schedule
Our office is open from 8 am - 8 pm and assistants work three 12- hour shifts a week leaving the rest of the week open to do more of the things you love.
Duties
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments following infection control protocols and aseptic techniques
- Assist dentists chairside during various procedures including restorations, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry
- Take and develop dental X-rays using digital radiography systems such as X-ray machines and 3D scanners
- Manage patient medical records and documentation using Dentrix Ascend.
- Monitor vital signs and medical imaging when necessary to support comprehensive patient assessments
- Provide excellent customer service by scheduling appointments, updating medical history forms, and managing patient inquiries
- Demonstrate proficiency in dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and team members
- Support four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency during procedures

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
