Role: Intake Specialist
Job Description: Our rapidly growing mass tort law firm is seeking an organized and charismatic intake specialist to grow with us.
Specific duties include:
- Speaking with new clients to determine if we can assist them with their case
- Following up on intake documentation using phone, e-mail, and text
- Crafting intake criteria in consultation with attorneys and paralegals
- Building and running reports for our firm and our partners
- Developing intake call scripts, client questionnaires, and other forms necessary to sign up new clients
- Working closely with our attorneys to understand the cases we handle and why we do and do not take certain cases
Location: This is a remote position, with weekly team meetings in person. Candidates must reside in the Pensacola area and be able to attend the weekly meetings.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong customer service skills and/or a sales background
- Preference for experience working in an intake department (legal experience preferred)
- Be very personable and connect with future clients
- Strong hunger to succeed and grow
- Candidate must be driven, resilient, and persistent
- Have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Consistent and effective communication skills
- Organized
- Ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks at once
- Driven always to improve and learn
- Enjoy working in a team environment
