Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Lead (Finance & Supply Chain)
Location: Durham, NC (Onsite 4 days/week)
We’re seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Lead to oversee core Finance and Supply Chain workstreams within a major enterprise implementation. This individual will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore resources: driving requirements, process optimization, and solution delivery across multiple functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design sessions and business process workshops across Finance and Supply Chain areas
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable D365 solutions
- Configure and customize modules spanning General Ledger, AP/AR, Cash & Bank, Project Management Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse Management
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration between finance, operations, and technical leads
- Oversee data migration, testing, and end-user training
- Support continuous improvement and post-implementation optimization efforts
Qualifications:
- 10 years of ERP experience with a strong track record in Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
- Proven functional expertise in both Finance and Supply Chain Management modules
- Hands-on experience in PMA, inventory, warehousing, and procurement
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Experience in manufacturing or retail environments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
- D365 certifications in Finance or SCM modules are a plus
