Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead by example and model exceptional guest service for all team members
- Train and develop staff to consistently uphold Nifty Fifty’s brand standards
- Coach and evaluate employee performance and track professional growth
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Establish and monitor weekly, monthly, and annual goals for restaurant performance
- Manage labor, inventory, and overhead to maintain a profitable operation
- Foster guest loyalty through consistent quality, hospitality, and community engagement
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members who embody a positive, guest-first attitude
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of the restaurant and all equipment
- Promote a safe, respectful, and team-oriented workplace
- Create and implement strategies to improve quality, productivity, morale, and guest satisfaction
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by upper management

Qualifications & Requirements
