About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate employee records. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with strict confidentiality
- Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and preparing HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and system access
- Process HR-related correspondence, reports, and forms accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist in payroll preparation, benefits administration, and compliance documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
