SUMMARY
The Niemann Harvest Market Farmhouse Cook duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, cooking recipes, gaining product knowledge and working in a safe manner while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers superior guest service and ensures absolute customer satisfaction

- Follows recipes
- Knows seasonality of product
- Monitors quality and food taste
- Creates and executes customers order in a timely manner (ticket time)
- Follows production list
- Keep work area clean and sanitized
- Maintains work area and cooler to approved food safety standards.
- Follows all Health Code guidelines
- Follows all store and department policies and procedures
- Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- One to three months related experience and/or training;
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
