Job Responsibilities:
- Leads field team members and sub-contractors to achieve completion of multiple projects on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to all original plans and specifications.
- Pays strict attention to details and sees all projects through to completion while continuously searching for ways to solve problems, improve processes, and provide exceptional service to all customers.
- Maintains work sites, tools, and equipment with strict compliance to safety and company policies.
- Provides daily project status reports to supervisors, site engineers, and division leads.
- Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the home building process.
- Prepare, approve, and submit accurate timesheets and other required paperwork.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read and understand construction plans is required.
- Experience in residential construction is required, with a preference given to leadership experience.
- Degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Driver License is required.
