The Deployment Lead partners closely with Product, Operations, Sales, and Client Success / Insights teams to translate contractual scope and product changes into clear, actionable deployment plans that balance client needs with operational realities, mitigate client risk, and drive long-term client health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client-facing deployment owner during onboarding, building trusted relationships quickly, providing clear communication, accountability, and proactive issue management
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, Account Leads, and Client Success / Insights to translate scope into executable plans, holding partners accountable to commitments without direct authority
  • Lead internal and client-facing forums to maintain transparency, proactively surface risks and dependencies, align stakeholders, and escalate decisions appropriately
  • Ensure enablement materials, training, and communications are aligned to client needs by leveraging internal SMEs and prior deployment learnings
  • Track deployment progress, risks, and outcomes using standard Deployment tools, and coordinate a clear handoff to account teams with documented ownership

Qualifications

  • Experience leading complex client-facing initiatives in deployment, implementation, client success, or change management roles
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and influence without direct authority
  • Strong client communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving scope
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SaaS, data, analytics, or insights products
  • Familiarity with structured change management or client adoption frameworks
  • Prior experience partnering closely with Product, Operations, or Commercial

Success Measures (First 12 Months)

  • On-time, high-quality delivery of assigned client deployments aligned to contractual milestones
  • Strong client adoption signals and smooth transition to account teams post-deployment
  • Reduced deployment-related client issues through proactive planning and risk management
  • Positive cross-functional feedback on collaboration and execution discipline
