We're currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while keeping a busy office running smoothly.
Schedule
- Full-time (average 30 hours per week)
- Four-day work week
- Monday-Friday
- Shifts vary between 6:30 AM and 3:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling
- Verify insurance benefits and process insurance claims
- Manage patient accounts, billing, and collections
- Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments and financial information
- Work closely with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For
We are specifically seeking candidates with relevant experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly encouraged:
- Dental office experience
- Dental or medical insurance claims processing
- Patient billing and accounts receivable
- Scheduling in a healthcare or professional office
- Other directly related administrative experience
Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered for this position.
