Construction Laborer
Nielsen Contracting is looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks on residential and commercial projects
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Assist subcontractors and crew members as needed
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, standing, bending, and working outdoors
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Superintendent
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Must be able to lift and carry materials as needed
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
