What You’ll Do

• Structure and finalize deals that drive profitability while remaining fully compliant
• Confidently present and sell finance, insurance, and aftermarket products
• Build and maintain strong lender relationships to secure the best financing options
• Ensure accurate, timely completion of all F&I documentation
• Utilize Reynolds & Reynolds for contracting, compliance, and reporting
• Consistently deliver high customer satisfaction and CSI scores
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven F&I Manager experience in automotive retail (required)
• Strong knowledge of lending practices, service contracts, GAP, and protection products
• Hands‑on experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS
• Polished communication, strong closing skills, and compliance‑first mindset
