We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy and customer-focused automotive service department. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong automotive knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and accurately assess their vehicle service needs
• Prepare repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended work
• Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide regular updates on vehicle progress and estimated completion times
• Upsell maintenance services and additional repairs where appropriate
• Process invoices and maintain accurate customer records
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or workshop
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Good computer literacy and experience with dealership management systems (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Valid driver's licence
