A luxury building firm in Hauppauge is seeking an onsite Executive Assistant with a starting salary of 80K, excellent benefits, and generous PTO. The position offers ideal working hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, depending on what fits your schedule.
The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, possess excellent email organization and inbox management skills, and have strong follow-up abilities, which are crucial for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the CEO with follow-ups, organization, coordination, and executive operations.
- Assisting with personal tasks as needed.
- Utilizing problem-solving skills and a take-charge personality to manage tasks effectively.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience interacting with customers and clients.
- Ability to support estimating and operations workflows, with knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
