Key Responsibilities
- Prepare traditional and customized compounded medications following strict quality and safety standards
- Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
- Maintain cleanroom and equipment according to USP guidelines
- Document formulations and batch records with exceptional accuracy
- Assist pharmacists with workflow and customer service as needed
- Manage inventory of compounding supplies and ingredients
Qualifications
- Prior compounding experience preferred (non‑sterile or sterile)
- Current Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) or eligibility
- Strong math, measurement, and documentation skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high accuracy
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
