Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly reports of results, monthly forecasts, annual operating plan, and strategic planning.
- Responsible for internal controls at the plant for operations, sales and finance.
- Submit all financial transactions, transmissions, and reporting on a timely and accurate basis
- Ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results.
- File and retain accurate records
- Attend daily plant and production meetings
- Assist in the completion of special projects
Experience/Skills:
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Five to ten years of related experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
- High level of proficiency in PC spreadsheets and ERP/MRP systems.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate leadership and proven ability to manage and develop staff
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
