About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Horsham, PA. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working hands-on with machinery, and being the person who keeps production moving, this could be a great fit. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment used in electronic component production. You’ll work closely with teammates across departments to minimize downtime, improve performance, and support a safe, efficient production environment.

What You’ll Do
Keep Equipment Running Strong
- Perform preventive maintenance including inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and routine servicing of drives, motors, belts, and other equipment components.
- Identify potential issues before they become costly downtime.
Troubleshoot & Repair
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Repair or replace components such as motors, bearings, gears, and other machine parts.
- Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns.
Install & Improve Equipment
- Assist with installing, assembling, modifying, and optimizing new and existing production machinery.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
Prioritize Safety
- Follow all safety procedures and compliance standards, including Lockout/Tagout protocols.
- Help maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
Document Your Work
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable solving problems in a manufacturing environment.
You’ll likely be successful if you have:
- 4–6 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and PLCs.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance, diagnostics, calibration, and equipment upkeep.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications are a plus.
