Duties
- Assist with lawn care, mowing, and general landscape maintenance
- Planting, pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanups
- Assist with hardscape installations (patios, walkways, retaining walls)
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
- Support snow removal operations during winter months (if applicable)
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites in a clean and safe manner
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Work as part of a team while developing the skills to eventually lead a crew

Experience & Qualifications
- Landscaping or construction experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction is a must
- Mechanical aptitude and equipment experience are a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
