What You’ll Do
- Help prepare, cook, portion, and package food to Nicoletto’s standards.
- Follow recipes and production schedules so each batch is consistent and ready when needed.
- Follow food-safety guidelines and keep ingredients, tools, and finished products handled with care.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for the next task.
- Help with setup, cleaning, and breakdown, and work with teammates to keep production moving smoothly.
- Speak up when something needs attention and ask questions when instructions are unclear.
