The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist the Treasury Management team in ongoing administrative and superior service delivery to engaged Treasury Management customers. This position partners with Treasury Management sales team members to best address Treasury Management customer needs. This position is an essential piece in facilitating ongoing excellence in Treasury Management.

As a Business Support Specialist, You Will

  • Serve as a primary contact for Treasury Management clients, responding to inquiries related to ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, online banking, and other Treasury Management services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with urgency and professionalism, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Provide guidance and education to clients on Treasury Management tools and best practices.
  • Support exception item handling and transaction reconciliation.
  • Identify patterns in client feedback and recommend service improvements.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of client communication.
  • Deliver proactive communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Educate clients on Treasury Management tools, features, and best practices to enhance their experience and usage.
  • Obtains and continually expands knowledge of all Treasury Management products and services, including developing the ability to effectively explain to clients/prospects all the features and benefits.
  • Uphold Nicolet’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of Nicolet.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
  • High degree of accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years banking experience.
  • 2 years of banking experience in commercial lending, treasury management, or related area.
  • Accredited ACH Professional certification desired.
