Nicolet Heating & Cooling in Green Bay, WI is seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented HVAC Installers to join our growing team on multiple job sites in the Green Bay . As an HVAC installer, you’ll assist with both rough-in and finish work on a variety of commercial and residential HVAC projects.
HVAC Installers Key Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Assist with rough-in and finish installation work
- Connect equipment to fuel, water, and refrigerant systems
- Fabricate and install ductwork and system components
- Install thermostats, dampers, and related controls
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately document work performed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HVAC or related fields is required.
- Experience in maintenance, plumbing, siding, or construction is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- HVAC: 1 year (Required)
- Previous construction trade experience (Preferred)
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
HVAC Installers Key Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety procedures or the maintenance of a clean work area.
- Connect heating or air conditioning equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form complete circuit.
- Fabricate, assemble, or install duct work or chassis parts, using portable metal-working tools or welding equipment.
- Install auxiliary components to heating or cooling equipment, such as expansion or discharge valves, air ducts, pipes, blowers, dampers, flues, or stokers.
- Wrap pipes, securing insulation in place with cement or wire bands.
- Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers.
- Measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe or tubing, using pipe fitter's tools.
- Cut or drill holes in floors, walls, or roof to install equipment, using power saws or drills.
