Hi I am looking for a creative, digitally savvy person to help me grow my personal brand online through my youtube channel, social media, website, and email list. Someone who is talented at graphic design (Canva) scheduling posts, Capcut, editing videos, and knows social media trends and has good ideas. I'm seeking a smart and strategic Brand Growth and Operations Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth across multiple channels. This role involves overseeing marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and analyzing market trends to ensure the company's competitive edge. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in digital marketing, market research, and multichannel marketing, with a proven track record in scaling brand presence and operational excellence.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive branding and marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Knowledgeable how to edit videos in capcut, add audio, schedule posts
- Creative and will help me brainstorm topic and video ideas weekly
- Tuned in to pop culture, aware of social media and marketing and trends.
- Able to take direction and feedback without defensiveness, able to listen and learn and pivot if needed.
