What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Nicole Fisher Interior Design?
Nicole Fisher Interior Design (NFID) is looking for a senior-level Project Manager to take full ownership of high-end residential and hospitality projects — from design handoff through final installation.
This is not a coordinator role.
This is end-to-end ownership.
You will:
• Own projects holistically from construction through install
• Be the primary point of contact for clients, trades, and builders
• Translate exceptional design into built reality — without dilution
• Read drawings fluently and make real-time decisions on NFID’s behalf
• Work in lockstep with procurement to track every product and detail
• Command respect on job sites and during installations
• Refine processes and raise the bar as the firm scales
You are:
• A confident, self-directed operator
• Experienced running complex, luxury projects start to finish
• Comfortable with authority, accountability, and pressure
• Obsessed with details and follow-through
• Not waiting to be told what’s obvious
This role is NOT for you if you want guardrails, consensus, or partial responsibility.
Experience required:
7–10 years managing high-end residential or hospitality projects. Fluency in reading construction drawings is non-negotiable.
You must have direct experience in the interior design and/or construction industry.
