Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Quality Specialist, based in Clearwater, FL, with the ability to work from home on occasion. The Product Quality Specialist will oversee and implement quality assurance measures to ensure that all products meet established standards. Responsibilities include conducting quality control audits, analyzing product defects, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to optimize product quality. The role also involves preparing quality reports, collaborating with various teams to resolve issues, and ensuring effective communication of quality expectations across departments.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Assurance
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and report findings
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements is a plus
