Interior Design Marketing Coordinator
Nicole Arnold Interiors, specializing in high-end residential and commercial office projects, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to own and amplify the brand. Well -known in the Dallas metroplex for our unique design aesthetic, we operate in a high-touch, luxury design environment where every detail contributes to our unmatched client experience. Our highly collaborative team prides itself on thoughtful execution, strong organization and a genuine pride in delivering work that is polished and precise. Our Marketing Coordinator is a critical member of the team who manages social media strategy, content creation, public relations outreach, client support and marketing operations. She/he is resourceful, proactive and excited to own the firm’s marketing.

You have creative problem-solving skills and exceptional communication and time/project management abilities to ensure that deadlines are consistently met. Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling (30%)
· Capture project installations and behind-the-scenes moments for social and web (print and video)
· Attend High Point Market (1 – 2x/year for 5 days) and other industry events to gather content and trend insights via photos and videos as well as interviews with principal, designers and vendors
· Design marketing collateral (digital and print) using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
· Organize and maintain a well-structured content library
Social Media & Digital Marketing (30%)
· Maintain a cohesive digital voice that reflects the firm’s style and values
· Develop, curate, and schedule content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Houzz, Twitter, YouTube) using Later.com
· Monitor performance analytics and prepare monthly reports to inform future strategy
· Coordinate efforts with digital agency
Public Relations & Thought Leadership (10%)
· Maintain media list and research, write, and pitch editorial ideas and send press releases to target outlets
· Draft blog content in collaboration with the founder
· Manage advertising schedules, ad placements and publication materials
· Secure speaking engagements and brand visibility efforts for founder
· Research award and recognition opportunities and manage submissions
Client Experience & Brand Engagement (10%)
· Coordinate client welcome, onboarding materials and seasonal gifting
· Organize and support client appreciation events
· Maintain up-to-date client and vendor files in HubSpot CRM
· Distribute promotional materials to prospective corporate partners and prospects
Marketing Operations (10%)
· Manage marketing assets including photoshoot files and creative archives in Dropbox
· Track key marketing deadlines and campaigns using project management tools
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication and social skills
· Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, coordinating with busy founder’s schedule for input and approvals
· Proactive and results-driven to complete projects on time or ahead of schedule
· Notable social media skills across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Houzz, Twitter, and YouTube, recognizing what's important to the luxury client
· Understanding of Digital Marketing
· PR skills and ability to develop and pitch stories to media
· Reputation management skills
· Innovative and creative thinker who can bring ideas to life
· Microsoft Office proficient (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
· Experience with Asana or similar project management software
· HubSpot and Photoshop experience are pluses
Job Type: Full-time, In-Person 5 days/week

Salary: $75,000-85,000 per year
