Interior Design Marketing Coordinator  

Nicole Arnold Interiors, specializing in high-end residential and commercial office projects, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to own and amplify the brand. Well -known in the Dallas metroplex for our unique design aesthetic, we operate in a high-touch, luxury design environment where every detail contributes to our unmatched client experience. Our highly collaborative team prides itself on thoughtful execution, strong organization and a genuine pride in delivering work that is polished and precise. We build long-term relationships with our clients who find our end-to-end process easy, luxe and worthy of their investment—earning us repeat projects with them and referrals to their friends. 


Our Marketing Coordinator is a critical member of the team who manages social media strategy, content creation, public relations outreach, client support and marketing operations. She/he is resourceful, proactive and excited to own the firm’s marketing.

You can film the team at a design installation or photo shoots, create content and optimize social channels one day and pitch the media with a clever story angle the next. You’re always on the lookout for creative inspiration and ways to elevate our brand and founder. You excel at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects with ease and efficiency, always delivering high-quality results. You have creative problem-solving skills and exceptional communication and time/project management abilities to ensure that deadlines are consistently met. You are always looking at data and results, so our marketing works harder to drive results, build reputation and bring in new clients.

You bring a sophisticated sense of style (aspiring and identifying with designer brands), a positive attitude and an unwavering commitment to teamwork. Above all, you understand our audience of discerning luxury clients and are driven to create a brand, communications and experience that appeals to them.


Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling (30%)

·       Capture project installations and behind-the-scenes moments for social and web (print and video)

·       Attend High Point Market (1 – 2x/year for 5 days) and other industry events to gather content and trend insights via photos and videos as well as interviews with principal, designers and vendors

·       Design marketing collateral (digital and print) using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

·       Organize and maintain a well-structured content library


Social Media & Digital Marketing (30%)

·       Maintain a cohesive digital voice that reflects the firm’s style and values

·       Develop, curate, and schedule content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Houzz, Twitter, YouTube) using Later.com

·       Monitor performance analytics and prepare monthly reports to inform future strategy

·       Coordinate efforts with digital agency


Public Relations & Thought Leadership (10%)

·       Maintain media list and research, write, and pitch editorial ideas and send press releases to target outlets

·       Draft blog content in collaboration with the founder

·       Manage advertising schedules, ad placements and publication materials

·       Secure speaking engagements and brand visibility efforts for founder

·       Research award and recognition opportunities and manage submissions


Client Experience & Brand Engagement (10%)

·       Coordinate client welcome, onboarding materials and seasonal gifting

·       Organize and support client appreciation events

·       Maintain up-to-date client and vendor files in HubSpot CRM

·       Distribute promotional materials to prospective corporate partners and prospects


Marketing Operations (10%)

·       Manage marketing assets including photoshoot files and creative archives in Dropbox

·       Track key marketing deadlines and campaigns using project management tools 


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 

·       Excellent verbal and written communication and social skills

·       Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills

·       Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, coordinating with busy founder’s schedule for input and approvals

·       Proactive and results-driven to complete projects on time or ahead of schedule

·       Notable social media skills across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Houzz, Twitter, and YouTube, recognizing what's important to the luxury client

·       Understanding of Digital Marketing

·       PR skills and ability to develop and pitch stories to media

·       Reputation management skills

·       Innovative and creative thinker who can bring ideas to life

·       Microsoft Office proficient (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

·       Experience with Asana or similar project management software

·       HubSpot and Photoshop experience are pluses


Job Type: Full-time, In-Person 5 days/week 

Job Location: Carrollton/Addison, TX area

Required education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Required Travel: Up to 5%

Required Experience: 3-5 years Marketing 

Salary: $75,000-85,000 per year


Salary is commensurate with experience, plus exceptional perks and benefits package, including 401(k), health insurance, employee discounts, flexible schedule, PTO, professional development assistance, bonuses, and referral commissions.
