Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution through excellent communication skills
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively
- Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
- Support sales efforts by promoting products or services when appropriate
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance and follow-up purposes
- Process cash handling transactions accurately when required
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support across channels
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or client support roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Ability to handle data entry accurately with good typing speed (minimum required)
- Experience with outbound calling and analysis skills is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage cash handling transactions responsibly when necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales or client services is beneficial but not mandatory
