Position Summary:

Nicolas ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality clinical oversight, assessment, treatment planning, supervision, caregiver training, and ongoing case management for children and families receiving ABA services.

The BCBA will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, supervising RBTs, monitoring client progress, modifying protocols as clinically appropriate, training caregivers, and ensuring that services are ethical, effective, and aligned with each client’s needs.

Compensation: $100/hour fixed hourly rate

Responsibilities:

The BCBA will be expected to:

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, skill assessments, and functional behavior assessments as needed.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs based on client needs.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Monitor client progress through data review, direct observation, caregiver feedback, and clinical judgment.
  • Modify behavior reduction protocols and skill acquisition programs as clinically appropriate.
  • Provide caregiver training and support to promote generalization and meaningful progress in the home, school, center, or community setting.
  • Ensure treatment goals are measurable, medically necessary, and socially significant.
  • Collaborate professionally with caregivers, RBTs, school staff, other providers, and company leadership.
  • Complete documentation, treatment plans, reassessments, progress updates, supervision notes, and required clinical records accurately and on time.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards, company policies, insurance requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain client dignity, safety, confidentiality, and quality of care at all times.
  • Support RBT growth through feedback, modeling, training, and competency-based supervision.
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and company trainings as required.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field required.
  • Must be in good standing with the BACB.
  • Experience developing behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs required.
  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
  • Experience providing caregiver training preferred.
  • Must be able to complete documentation accurately and on time.
  • Must be able to pass required background checks.
  • Must maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
  • Must have reliable transportation if traveling to homes, schools, or community settings.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
