What You'll Do
As a Hostess at NICO & VALI, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest feels special from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assisting with waitlist management during busy times.
- Providing accurate wait time estimates and accommodating guest preferences whenever possible.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Answering the phone to assist with inquiries, carryout orders or take reservations.
