What You’ll Do
- Greet guests promptly with a warm, welcoming attitude and seat/guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them efficiently into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are served accurately and in a timely manner.
- Check in on tables throughout the meal to address guest needs, offer refills, and ensure total satisfaction.
- Handle payment processing (cash, card, digital) accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clean dining areas, perform light opening/closing side work, and uphold all food safety and sanitation standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous server or food service experience preferred, but willing to train candidates with outstanding customer service skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or older if required for serving alcohol in local jurisdiction).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs.
