Role Description
Nickson General Contractors in a joint venture with Turner Construction (Turner NFA) has been selected by Google to oversee and manage the multiple building data center campus project in West Memphis, and we are looking to finalize the build out of our robust team for this multi-phase, multi- year project. At this time, we are interviewing for the role of Project Manager/Cost Control Analyst. This is an on-site full-time role that will work with the PM team to manage the potential change order log, develop and submit PCO(s), review contractors pay applications, review change order requests from contractors, review and update risk log, assist with forecasting cash flow and updating actuals, and assist with Google Cost Workbook maintenance. The overall cost workbook will require this individual to develop and understanding of the GMP/Precon efforts of this project and how that translates into operational execution. The roles and responsibilities may grow as this individual demonstrates increased capacity, and the project needs require.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management and Expediting
- Skills in Inspection and managing expeditor tasks
- Proficiency in Logistics Management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in project management software tools
