Our busy landscaping office is hiring multiple full-time Customer Service Representatives to take ownership of daily customer communication and office support. What You’ll Do
- Professionally handle incoming phone calls and customer communications
- Resolve customer questions and concerns independently, from start to finish
- Accurately enter and maintain customer and job information in office systems
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff to keep work moving
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
