This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noblesville, IN, for the position of Student Conductor at Nickel Plate Heritage Railroad. The Student Conductor will assist with train operations, including ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, coordinating with the train crew, and conducting pre-departure inspections. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, communicating safety protocols, assisting passengers during boarding and disembarkation, and monitoring train schedules.
