Nick the Greek is looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks to join our opening team. We’re looking for people who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, follow recipes and procedures consistently, and be a strong part of the team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Nick the Greek recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Work assigned kitchen stations, including grill, prep, fry, and assembly as trained.
• Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep work.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during busy service periods.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation.
• Follow opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking procedures.
• Properly label, date, rotate, and store food products.
• Communicate with the Head Cook, managers, and other team members throughout the shift.
• Assist other stations when needed to keep service moving.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and management direction.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to learn and follow established recipes and procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Flexible availability is preferred, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

$12/hour Tips

Tips are additional compensation and may vary based on sales, shifts worked, and applicable tip distribution practices.
