About the Role
A Sales Advisor at Nick’s Menswear Arizona is: Full-Time | Base Commission Benefits Now hiring across Arizona, with priority openings in Tucson, Chandler, Scottsdale, Arrowhead and Gilbert. No menswear experience required. We provide extensive hands-on training in styling, fit, tailoring, custom clothing, sales, and client service. If you’re great with people, eager to learn, and motivated to grow, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Help clients look and feel their best
- Learn professional styling, fit, tailoring, and custom menswear
- Build lasting client relationships and repeat business
- Develop your sales skills through ongoing training and coaching

Pay range and compensation package
- $16.50–$17/hour uncapped commission
- First-year earnings typically $48K–$65K, with established stylists earning $70K–$95K and top performers exceeding $100K.
- Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, 50% product discount, and paid professional styling and sales training.
Salary : $48,000 - $65,000
